London to Brighton Routes
- 75 miles: Central London (EDF Energy London Eye) to Brighton
7.00am – 7.45am
- 60 miles – Central London (EDF Energy London Eye) to Brighton
7.00am – 7.45am
- 60 miles – Kempton Park Racecourse to Brighton
8.00am – 8.40am start
- 60 miles – Brighton to Brighton (circular route)
7.30am – 8.30am start
All rides starting at the EDF Energy London Eye finish at King’s Lawns, Brighton BN3 2PE (at the bottom of Grand Avenue) no later than 5.00pm.

Charity Bike Ride Details
By taking part in the ride you will be giving us your support by aiming to raise at least £200 sponsorship. (£100 for under 16”s)
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
The ride is not a race and you will have time to take in the beautiful surroundings and receive a heroes welcome either at Kempton Park or at Brighton where your family and friends can meet you.
We don’t put a detailed route guide on the website as the route is not confirmed until the week before in case of any changes.
From the 75 mile ride start from the EDF Energy London Eye start, ride west over Westminster Bridge to Parliament Square and along the Thames to Chelsea Harbour, towards Richmond, Chessington, then along picturesque country lanes to Newdigate, Warninglid and on – and up – to the spectacular Devil”s Dyke. From there on, it”s sheer heaven….. going downhill to the finish!
From the Kempton Part Start go towards Hampton Court and join up with the main ride as above.
From the Brighton start, the ride proceeds towards Shoreham, Steyning, Shipley, Southwater and joins up with the riders from the other starts just east of Horsham.
The ride is clearly signposted and fully supported by volunteer marshals and mechanics and there are plenty of free roadside refreshment stops.
Ample parking facilities are available at Kempton Park Racecourse.
