If the answers to any of the questions above are yes, please ask them to get in touch with the Capital to Coast team and find out how being a volunteer can be a very rewarding way to take part in the event whilst enjoying the fantastic weather!

Volunteers are often asked to be a part of the marshalling team.  What does this involve?

• Providing support to Capital to Coast cyclists
• Encouraging cyclists as they cycle along the route to Hove

What support do the volunteers receive?

• Contact with organising charity before and after the event
• Personalised marshals information packs before the event
• Free refreshments on the day
